Where is my old account?
We have transferred over user accounts from the old website. In some cases, you may need to reset your password which you can do by clicking here. You can login using the same username as before, or by using the email address you originally used to signup.
Where are all of my old photos I posted?
They are still there! We are still tweaking the photos system and will release it when we are ready! We are moving towards more of a “photo submit” system that submits photos to a larger global gallery for viewing, rather than posting them to your profile. More information on how this new system works will come upon the new photo system release.
Help! I still can’t login after I reset my password!
Make sure you check your spam folder if you didn’t receive an email to reset your password. Once you receive the email, follow the instructions carefully and make sure you type in the correct new password you would like to use to access our site.
What is this new store and how do I use it?
Meanwhile In Sask is proud to offer a limited supply of products for the holiday season. More products may be added in time. We are also allowing the ability of community members to sell their products through our store. You can submit an application to sell your products by clicking the link here. All products will clearly state who they are sold by.
How much of a cut does Meanwhile in Sask take from product sales?
Unless other arrangements have been made, Meanwhile in Sask takes a 10% cut from all sales.
How does shipping work?
Meanwhile in Sask offers Canada Post xPresspost, Priority Mail, and Standard shipping for all official products. For vendors, shipping is entirely up to you and you can plug in your custom shipping costs when you add a product to the store.
